yay another anime fan , im sure you can guess easily which anime is my fave, but also i like akira and other sort of mature (not hentai) stuff like cowboy bebop etc. i also like fansubbed stuff, cos im not really into illegal dling (unless i want to see if an anime is worth buying). jinki : extend is a good example, with quite a deep plot if a bit confusing. also i really want to see full metal panic 2 the second raid but i cant because i have capped internet also i have a few others on my to watch list

last anime I watched was Cowboy Bebop and I have to say it was the best series I've ever seen, ainme or not

I saw an episode of the alchemist and one of Wolf rain which seemed OK, sad thing is that here in Greece they don't put any on TV, only kids stuff and u don't find the series in DVD shops!!

Can't wait for Myazaki's new work "Howl's Moving Castle"

didn't like Akira or Metropolice that much, mainly due to the art type!

One of my favourite all time anime series is Conan, the future boy I used to see as a kid, saw the series over 5 times

I've also seen this year alone besides the ones mentioned above,
Spirited Away
Nausicaä of the Valley of Wind
Laputa: The Castle in the Sky
and some 2 years ago
Princess Mononoke

Let's see... they show no decent animes over here (they started Gundam many months ago, but they took it off-air in less than 6 weeks. Stupid kids don't know what to watch).

It's also very hard to find any in DVD over here (I was looking for some... I've found tons of Hentai, but nothing of non-perverted anime). So the last anime I watched was Gundam: Endless Waltz, which was kick-ass.

its impossible to find anime in England, and the large hmv miles away from me only stocks limited anime (limited to the sence they dont sell anything i want). I try to get anime off ebay but almost all of it is dodgy hong kong fakes (as i learnt with cowboy bebop). speaking of cowboy bebop i think that they have just released it in the uk on dvd, after how many years??? but i dont have the money to buy it at the moment

it doesnt help i dont have sky, so that limits me to 0 anime from tv

Meh, you're better off getting the uncut Macross boxset. Robotech is a butchery of the original, turning Protoculture from an ancient civilization to a magic fuel that transforms airplanes into robots.

And yeah, Macross Plus kicks all sorts of ass.

Anyway, my current fave right now is s.CRY.ed, since everything else is either over or in reruns. I'm also watching Overman King Gainer on DVD, as well The Galaxy Railways. Currently waiting for the next season of GitS.

I know what you mean about animes in UK. The best place is that massive Virgin in London. It had loads. But 20 quid for a dvd with 4 eps is too much! Cowboy Bebop has been released on DVD in UK. I bought vol. 1 from my local HMV and have seen vol 2 in an MVC a few towns away.

Heres what Ive seen/watching :

Cowboy Bebop - Dubbed
Full Metal Alchemist - Dubbed
Bleach - Fansubbed
Naruto - Fansubbed
GaoGaiGar - Fansubbed
Samurai Deeper Kyo - Fansubbed
Love Hina - Fansubbed
Inuyasha - Dubbed (Only seen one ep so far! Anyone know any good direct d/l sited for the dub. Its so rare. And no dvds in Uk make it worse)
Yu Yu Hakusho - Dubbed(I d/led 2 eps and then the site i got them from took it down )
Gundam Wing - Dubbed
Dragonball/Z/GT - Dubbed
.hack//sign - Dubbed(Only seen one ep)

Of course there are many more. I cant remember all of what Ive seen

Edit: I recently started to watch Love Hina and Samurai Deeper Kyo

First off its not impossable to get anime in the UK because I picked up a good range and if you know where to look you can find them along with manga books.

Go here and use the Dvd section to serach on a anime title like mobile suit gundam seed:

http://www.kelkoo.co.uk/

As for the animes I'm watching at the moment its:

Gundam Seed on DVD because Toonmai hasn't bother to show Gundam since the wing show went off the air ways!
Pokemon Cronicals

That's about it in the way of jap animes dubbed.

The ordinal Gundam movies on DVD as well which are subtitled with Jap voicing

Transformers Galaxy force fansubs (Of course)

Transformers Cybertron downloads

Waiting for new eps of the following:
One piece
Rave Master
Yu-gi-oh!

I got to wait until october for volume 5 & 6 of Gundam Seed on DVD

Have you got BB? If yes then you can download Cybertron to watch, that's what I'm doing at the moment but I will watch Cybertron when it starts next week.

Do you think Hasbro UK and CN UK will be kind and let us watch from ep 1 not ep 4

And I recently started to watch Samurai Deeper Kyo. So I have edited my list.

If its not licenced then I think its leagal. Even the licenced ones are still up for download on loads of sites. Naruto has got a release for the USA and it hasnt stopped being fansubbed and put on almost every anime site on the web.

I'm afriad not Nath, their starting from ep to and its on CN's sister channel Toonmai not cartoon network at 5:30 pm this monday and its on again at 8:30 pm but its just stuipd going from ep 2 not ep 1 but what happened in the US was also stuipd, prehaps their trying to recindle the feeling of just being dropped into the saga like G1 did but think about it, if they had chosen to skip More then Meets the eye in G1 and go from ep 4 it wouldn't really work now would it?
